In June 2023, David Gow, Andy Eason and Evan Duffus headed for the greens of Meldrum House Country Hotel & Golf Course to take part in the Grand Slam Rugby Legends Charity Golf Day.
Raising money for causes that are offering vital support to Ukraine, the event was hosted by Willie Allan MBE and former Scotland winger and Grand Slam Legend Iwan Tukalo, who just so happened to be placed on the Acumen Financial Planning team!
The event raised over £15,000 for ‘Jeeps for Peace’, which delivers British pickup trucks and other supplies to Ukraine, and ‘Breaking The Chains’, who are working hard to rescue many of the country’s people and animals from the conflict.
A superb day out, and an event that we were proud to support.
