With more than three decades of experience in the employee benefits sector, Andy Eason DipPFS established our Employee Benefits division in March 2019.
Over the course of his career, Andy has provided consultancy services to organisations of all shapes and sizes, earning him a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service. His areas of expertise cover the full scope of employee benefits, and helps companies design, implement, and manage tailored benefits packages that deliver value for employers and employees alike.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys playing golf and keeping fit. He is also a dedicated supporter of Dunfermline Athletic, regularly heading to East End Park for a match.
What do you like most about your work?

What has been your proudest career achievement to date?
With the considerable support of the Group Directors, establishing Acumen Employee Benefits and welcoming our first client all those years ago.
Tell us one thing that people would be surprised to find out about you.
Early in my Employee Benefit Consultant career I spent 5 weeks offshore, hopping daily from one North Sea platform to the next to support the new employees of one my clients understand their benefits following an acquisition of a North Sea field. A close second to that, I once had a fringe!
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Simply, and likely to be the same of many; treat others as you would expect to be treated yourself.
