With more than two decades of industry experience, Tracy has spent the last 13 years of her career with us. Alongside her Financial Planning Support (FPS) responsibilities, Tracy also took on the role of Training Coach in 2024.

Tracy is very family-orientated and enjoys spending time with her boys when she’s not working. She also loves catching up with friends and having a trip away planned to look forward to.

What do you like most about working at Acumen Financial Planning?

“The people make Acumen the place it is. There is always something new to learn and no two days are the same.”

What has been your proudest career achievement to date?

“Becoming Team Lead of the FPS team in 2016 until I went off on maternity leave in 2019, followed by being given the role of FPS Coach in 2024.”

Tell us one thing that people would be surprised to find out about you.

“I share a birthday with my oldest son.”
