Pauline began her career in financial services after moving to Edinburgh in 2012. For the next four years, she progressed through various roles, strengthening her expertise in pensions, savings, and investments. 

Joining Acumen in September 2016 as part of the admin team, now known as Financial Planning Support, Pauline’s decade of experience has since led to her taking on the role of Financial Planning Support Coach.

Outside of work, Pauline enjoys spending time with family and friends, mainly running around after her two children.

What do you like most about working at Acumen Financial Planning?

“I have been at Acumen Financial Planning since 2016, when the team was smaller. We have grown massively since then, moved offices, and achieved so much as a company. My favourite things about working here are the people and the dedication to help our clients achieve their life goals.”

What has been your proudest career achievement to date?

“I think moving to Edinburgh and starting a career in a new city and industry is definitely up there as one of my proudest achievements. However, through my time with Acumen, I would also say becoming Team Lead and then the Financial Planning Support Coach is also up there.”

“I have an Honours degree in Corporate Communications from RGU.”
