After graduating from university in 2016, Madailein knew that paraplanning was the path for her. She joined Acumen Financial Planning’s Aberdeen office as a Financial Planning Administrator in 2018 and began working as a Paraplanner in 2019.

She has earned various qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute, including a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (R01-6) and qualifications in the following:

LP2 – Financial Services Products and Solutions

J05 – Pension Income Options

AF5 – Financial Planning Process

J10 – Discretionary Investment Management

Madailein is competitive and enjoys being active. She likes spending her free time in the gym, taking part in a yoga class or enjoying a round of golf.

“I was very proud when I moved from admin to paraplanning as I knew it was what I wanted to do. And earning my diploma in regulated financial planning was incredibly fulfilling.”

“I have an honours degree in History from the University of Aberdeen.”
