Layo joined the financial services sector in 2020 and has built a strong foundation of technical knowledge and industry experience throughout this time. She holds a degree in Economics with French and has also achieved the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning through the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

Outside of work, Layo enjoys watching the latest crime or mystery TV series, trying out new recipes, and helping her husband with gardening on their allotment.

What do you like most about working at Acumen Financial Planning?

“I like how much of a work-life balance there is and I also really value the opportunity to learn and develop. I feel supported to grow my technical knowledge while also understanding the wider picture of financial planning and client relationships.”

“Achieving my Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.”
