Isla joined the Support team in Aberdeen in 2014, before training as a Paraplanner and qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner in 2024.

She has worked in the profession for over 20 years and helps clients plan for current and future life events as well as reporting on these matters. Isla’s financial qualifications include:

Isla’s time outside work is usually spent running between her daughters’ activities and spending time with family. When she does have free time, she enjoys drawing and swimming.

“Achieving my Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and gaining my Chartered status with the CII.”

“After leaving school, I trained as and became a fully qualified hairdresser.”

“Concentrate on things that you can control and don’t focus on the things you can’t.”
