Joining the Acumen team in 2026, Callum is at the beginning of his career in financial planning, bringing with him a strong academic background and valuable experience from the hospitality sector.

Callum studied in Edinburgh, graduating with a First Class BA (Hons). He is currently working towards his CII RQF Level 4 Diploma, having already completed four out of the six required exams. Prior to joining Acumen, Callum spent nearly three years at Gleneagles Townhouse, where he worked in private events.

Outside of work, Callum has a passion for music, acting and the outdoors.

What has been your proudest career achievement to date?

“Making the switch from hospitality to finance, and smashing three of the exams without any prior financial experience.”

“I was born in New Zealand, and I had a cameo in Season 5 of The Crown.”
