Chartered Financial Adviser and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society (PFS), Anne Lawson joined the Acumen Employee Benefits team in Aberdeen in January 2019.

Beginning her career in employee benefits almost 30 years ago, Anne is a Chartered Manager and holds an MCMI qualification. She specialises in Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) exercises, mergers and acquisitions, and flex benefits.

In her spare time, Anne enjoys spending time with her husband and her two children when they get a break from their university studies. She also loves gardening – specialising in breeding lilies and growing chillies – cooking, and football plays a significant role in her life.

“A football scout tried to sign me on an ‘S Form’ when I was younger thinking I was a boy!”
