Based in our Aberdeen office, Abbi joined the Acumen Financial Planning team in July 2017.

Abbi began working as a financial planning administrator before being promoted to financial planning team lead, and has recently joined the Paraplanning team.

What do you like most about working at Acumen Financial Planning?

“How well everyone gets on and works together as a team. Also, the amount of support that is given when required.”

What has been your proudest career achievement to date?

“Passing my probation period.”

Tell us one thing that people would be surprised to find out about you.

“I used to be a cheerleader for a few years when I was in secondary school. We competed at least three times a year in different places over Scotland and even sometimes down to Liverpool. Also, I’m 1/16th Italian.”

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

“To always put yourself first and to do what makes you happy.”
