We have a vacancy for a Training & Competence Supervisor to supervise performance and competency of Planners and support development across AFP and its subsidiaries.

Main Duties:

• Supervise Planners in line with FCA training and competence requirements
• Regular KPI meetings with all Planners
• Analyse KPI information and document to record keeping requirements
• Carry out post new business file checks
• Carry out annual review file checks
• Carry out observations of client meetings
• Management and documentation of individual training plans
• Identify training needs for Planners and compile a monthly report for R&D manager on training needs
• Ongoing collation of documents required for certification
• Maintain strong relationships with colleagues

Skills:

• Ideally qualified to minimum DipPFS Level 4 or equivalent
• Awareness of FCA regulations specific to role
• Coaching and development of others
• Assessment skills
• Maintain competence in core role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
